As a 7th generation mountain guide, 2012 world snowboard free ride champion and with expeditions to Pakistan and Alaska’s Mount McKinley under his belt, you will be in capable and inspirational hands.

Setting off from Entrèves on the Italian side you’ll be testing prototypes of Valandre’s new expedition sleeping bags - these are so new there are no website links to show you!, and SlingFin’s latest specialist expedition tents. You will also get to learn a host of important skills for glacial travel, from safe travel skills to identifying an appropriate camp site and building it – complete with loo, shielding and emergency snow hole!

Cooking outdoors at altitude is an art form in itself, and your gourmet supper will be provided by Valandre and SlingFin whilst Chimpanzee will provide each participant with the Survival Pack. Each pack contains Chimpanzee QuickMix Shake - great power breakfast, compostable Chimpanzee bottle and couple of Natural Energy Bars.
